Kashiwa Campus

Here are some pictures of the campus in Kashiwa, where I am most of the time. Kashiwa is a small village in the outskirts of Tokyo. The Tokyo University Department of Advanced Energy is located on this campus. There are only few lectures here, so there are also few undergrads and most are in their final year.

The computer room is quite spacious (for Japan). As usual there is also a refrigerator, a microwave and some place to sleep, so students can stay long and most actually do so.

When you enter the room you have to take off your shoes and put on some slippers. Everyone has a little box outside the room to keep the shoes.
