Another trip to a museum…

Today we visited the Tokyo National Museum. The most important part of the museum is a collection of Japanese art. Fortunately in this museum most exhibits are allowed to be photographed.

Samurai Armor

Oddly shaped Chinese coins

Ornated burial urn

While on our way to and from the museum we once more noticed several cars carrying politicians (see previous entry) in a final attempt to sway the public opinion in their favour.

In the evening we went to Asakusa to see some fireworks but unfortunately due to our late arrival and the crowded streets we didn’t really see so much.
